Mitarbot or Dust?

Dust connects agents to your company knowledge and the SaaS tools you already use. Mitarbot gives every workspace its own machine with files, code and tools. Both are European — they solve different problems.

Dust is strong when your knowledge lives in Confluence, Notion, Slack and Google Drive and agents should reach into it. The platform is built for organisations, with roles, permissions and enterprise features.

Mitarbot is for teams whose work lives in files: invoices, spreadsheets, website source, contracts. The agent reads them directly, calculates, runs code and serves mini-apps — without the files having to move into another knowledge system.

Where they are ahead

Where Dust is ahead: knowledge connections to many SaaS sources, org-wide administration and enterprise features. If your knowledge sits in SaaS tools and you do not want to mirror it into files, Dust is the better fit.

Common questions

Do I need a knowledge base for Mitarbot?

No. The workspace is the store: upload files or connect Drive and the agent reads from them. No separate index or database is needed.

Can both run code?

Mitarbot runs real code in an isolated Linux machine per workspace. Dust is built for knowledge retrieval and workflows, not arbitrary code execution.

What about enterprise features?

Dust has them, Mitarbot does not yet: no org layer, no SSO, no SCIM. The app is deliberately workspace-first; an enterprise layer is on the roadmap.
